Who this notice covers
This notice covers visitors and applicants using skalvo.com, creators communicating or working with Skalvo, and customers interacting with creator products that Skalvo helps operate.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, creator profile, audience information, application answers, messages, product preferences, and creator materials.
Our signing system may record agreement details, verification attempts, signatures, timestamps, delivery records, and status changes. Creator products may also collect account details, purchases, access status, progress, submissions, uploads, and support requests required by that product.
How we use information
We use information to review applications, communicate with creators, research and build products, operate signing and verification, process access, deliver customer support, maintain security, prevent abuse, and keep necessary operating records.
We do not sell applicant, creator, customer, or product-user information.
Creator product data
As between Skalvo and the creator, the creator owns and controls the customer relationship and records generated through their product. Skalvo only uses those records to build, operate, secure, support, and improve the relevant product.
The creator can receive their product records without an additional data-access fee or separate commercial agreement. Individuals represented in those records retain their own privacy rights.
Digital signing
Agreements are signed through Skalvo's internal digital signing system. Email verification, signature records, timestamps, agreement status, and delivery history may be stored to operate and verify the signing process.
Payments and Whop Checkout
Payments for custom creator products are currently processed through Whop Checkout. Whop and its financial partners process payment credentials under their own terms. Skalvo may receive transaction, receipt, access, revenue-share, dispute, and refund information, but does not receive or store complete card details.

Service providers
Skalvo uses service providers to host websites, process forms, store records and files, send email, manage authentication, process payments, and deliver creator products. Current core providers include Netlify, Supabase, Cloudflare, Resend, and Whop.
These providers process information required to perform their roles under their own privacy and security terms.
Cookies and saved browser state
Skalvo websites may use essential cookies, local storage, or similar browser technologies for authentication, security, checkout, session continuity, saved progress, and restoring form state.
We do not currently use non-essential advertising cookies on skalvo.com. If that changes, we will introduce the appropriate notice and controls before using them. Essential storage can operate without optional-cookie consent, but its purpose must still be disclosed.
Retention, security, and requests
We keep information for as long as needed to review applications, operate products and partnerships, maintain signing and transaction records, resolve support or disputes, and protect our systems. Different records may require different retention periods.
To request access, correction, or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern, email team@skalvo.com. We may verify your identity before acting, and some transaction or agreement records may need to be retained.
Website Terms
Website purpose and eligibility
skalvo.com is Skalvo's official public website. It confirms our presence, explains our creator monetization work and operating process, and provides ways to contact or apply to work with us. Creator products may operate through Skalvo subdomains or creator-owned domains.
Anyone may review the public website. A person entering a paid build or managed partnership must be legally able to accept the applicable terms or act through an authorized representative.
Creator applications
Applications are reviewed through internal account, content, audience, and product-evaluation processes. Reviews may take up to 48 hours. Submitting an application does not guarantee a response, acceptance, product strategy, build, or partnership.
No automatic partnership
An application, email, call, monetization strategy, product discussion, or functional-product review does not create a partnership.
A managed partnership begins only when a separate written agreement is signed. A flat-rate build proceeds under the agreed handover and payment terms for that project. Before either commitment point, either side may stop the process.
A creator may inspect a pre-commitment build but may not publish, distribute, resell, copy, or operate it unless Skalvo has authorized that use.
No guaranteed revenue or acceptance
Product prices, conversion examples, audience calculations, revenue estimates, launch outcomes, and timelines describe possibilities. They are not guarantees. Results depend on product quality, audience fit, demand, pricing, creator participation, promotion, refunds, and customer response.
Intellectual property
Skalvo owns its public website, brand, and original website materials. Creators retain ownership of their brand and materials they provide and must have permission to provide them.
Rights in product-specific deliverables are defined by the applicable flat-rate handover terms or managed partnership agreement. Reusable Skalvo tools, frameworks, and third-party software remain subject to their existing ownership and licenses unless a written handover states otherwise.
Acceptable use
You may use the public website for lawful personal or business evaluation. You may not bypass access controls, scrape restricted systems, interfere with website operation, impersonate another person, upload unlawful material, reverse engineer private functionality, or copy and resell protected materials.
Revenue sharing, withdrawals, and refunds
For managed partnerships, Whop applies the agreed revenue split after applicable processing fees and allocates each party's portion to a separate Whop balance. Skalvo does not manually hold or control the creator's allocated funds.
Each party manages their own withdrawals. Verification, payout methods, holds, timing, and availability remain governed by Whop.
Refund eligibility follows the policy published for the relevant product. Whop processes payment reversals, and each party's balance covers the portion corresponding to the original revenue split. Processing fees may not be returned.
Updates and contact
Skalvo may correct, update, suspend, or remove website content and functionality when needed. A website page does not override a signed agreement, product-specific policy, checkout disclosure, or applicable provider term.
